Tech support calls I love…

I just had one of those calls that really brighten your day.

User: Hi, when I add an appointment on my iPad, it doesn’t show on my Outlook. Why?
Me: Well, there could be a bunch of reasons. Why don’t you do it again now, and talk me through what you’re doing?

I’ll summarise a little:

User: Doing stuff.
Me: uh huh.
User: Doing more stuff.
Me: uh huh.
User: Hey it works! Thanks, you’re a star!

Me: You’re welcome.
